Stevie Wonder

     His real name is Steveland Morris Judkins Hardaway,born May 13,1950 an American composer,singer,humanitarian and social activist,blind from birth and originally from Saginaw, Michigan.

He was placed in an incubator immediately after his birth,Stevie was given too much oxygen, causing him to suffer permanent blindness. 

      He  was discovered in 1961 while peforming fo some friends by Ronnie White of the Miracles. White quickly arranged an audition for Wonder at Motown records and At the age of 12 Stevie was signed by  Berry Gordy on the spot. Gordy dubbed the child with the name Little Stevie Wonder and placed him in the care of producer/songwriter Clarence Paul Stevies,his first hit came with "Fingertips" (1963), at the age of 13.
    Many hits followed here are just three of them plus a rare Stevie song Contract of Love.
